Your personal data is collected by Hill’s Pet Nutrition Manufacturing, s.r.o., IČ: 27580792 (“Controller”). We will store your data in our databases and use it for maintaining your account profile, responding to your questions about our Company and its products and services, contacting you if you win in our promotions and events that require the registration, and for the marketing purposes, e.g. sending you newsletters, offers, surveys and other information by email. Provision of the personal data is voluntary. Collected personal data may be shared within Hill's Pet Nutrition group of the companies and the service providers processing the personal data on our behalf. Some of them may be located outside of South Africa, so you also agree with the transfer of your personal data outside of South Africa. Your personal data is only processed in compliance with the applicable laws. You have the right to access your personal data stored by us, rectify, erase and object as well as other rights provided for in the Data Protection Act.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is running from 1st January 2012 until 31st December 2012 with a draw taking place on 1 July and 1 November 2012.
  2. Opened to those aged 18 or over who are residents of South Africa and Namibia, but not employees or their immediate families of Hill's Pet Nutrition, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Promotion valid where legal.
  3. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person online accepted.
  4. To enter this free prize draw you must fill in and submit your registration online.
  5. Once registered you will be entered into the next and any subsequent prize draw for 12 months. Person will only be eligible to win one prize. 
  6. Each draw will close at the end of the calendar month of June and October and a winner will be selected at random under independent supervision. Each time, two reserves will also be drawn. The winner will be notified by telephone, email or post within 7 days of each closing date. You will not be contacted if you have not won.
  7. Winners will be informed of how they can redeem their free food by Hill’s Pet Nutrition upon notification of their win.
  8. The name and region of the prize winner will be available on written request to the promoter. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning this promotion.
  9. Prize: 12 x 2kg or 1.5kg bags of Hill’s Science Plan for winners with a cat, 12 x 3kg bags of Hill’s Science Plan for winners with a mini breed dog, 12 x 7.5kg bags of Hill’s Science Plan for winners with a medium breed dog, 12 x 15kg or 12kg bags of Hill’s Science Plan for winners with large breed dogs.
  10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available
  11. No responsibility is accepted for entries corrupted in transit. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
  12. In the event of dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
