Hill's
Joint sensitivity is an acute concern
Recent studies have revealed that up to 40% of dogs show signs of joint sensitivity*

Although mobility problems can occur for many reasons they can be more common in pets that:
  • are older
  • are carrying excess weight
  • have experienced high impact joint stress or accidents and injury
  • are large breed, and more likely to have hip or elbow dysplasia
  • have a genetic predisposition to joint problems.

Many breeds predisposed to joint problems and its not only large breeds, such as Labradors, German Shephards, Boerboels, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers and Dobermanns that suffer from joint sensitivity**.

Up to 31% of small breed dogs, such as Yorkshire terriers, Miniature Schnauzers and Dachshunds can suffer from stiff joints*. 40% of medium-sized dogs such as Border Collies, Cocker Spaniels and Bulldogs can also suffer from joint problems*.

The Power of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Hill’s experience and knowledge in nutrition technology has resulted in great success in supporting mobility care. From this we have learnt how important preventative joint care is in dog’s, even when they are in a healthy condition. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, in particular eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), are proven to help preserve healthy joint tissue and help soothe aching joints.

Hill's™ Science Plan™ Healthy Mobility is enriched with more than 4 times the level of Omega-3 fatty acids found in standard Hill’s™ Science Plan™ Canine Advanced Fitness™ Adult. It is also clinically proven antioxidants to neutralise free radicals and support the immune system.
